Dussehra (Vijayadashami) 2013 - Date and time of Puja

As per Indian Government Holiday List, Dussehra (Vijayadashami) will be celebrated on Monday, 14th October 2013.  Dussehra is celebrated on dashmi tithi as per hindi calendar and this year dashmi starts on 13th October 2013 itself and hence there are confusions prevailing about the date of celebrations of Dussehra.  Effigy of Ravana, Meghnad and Kumbhakaran is burnt in the late evening of Vijayadashami and therefore it is assumed that most of the Ramlila Commetties will be celebrating it on the night of Sunday, 13th of October itself.
